ABOUT THE EVENT

GIFS is an initiative to highlight the huge potential of FinTech in the Muslim world. We see the rise of Islamic FinTech as a growing trend that can help grow the $2.1 trillion Islamic Economy. POWER NETWORKING

The inaugural Global Islamic Fintech Summit aims to serve as a platform for knowledge transfer and networking between three major groups: Islamic Finance industry stakeholders, Fintech entrepreneurs and financial industry regulators. We aim to do this by facilitating business exchange and collaboration opportunities during the event. We will have a special app that allows every participant to see who is attending and connect with them to engage and explore possibilities.

HOT TOPICS

Our sessions and panels will cover crowdfunding, online payments, blockchain, smart contracts, artificial intelligence and more! We bring you those who have expertise in these fields so that if you are an entrepreneur you can understand how you may be able to leverage these technologies for your own business or startup.

We also bring you regulators so that you can understand the rules of the landscape when diving into the use of these different technologies

LAUNCHING INNOVATION

We will be hosting the launch of some exciting new FinTech platforms during the event. As a participant you will have the chance to be among the first to see these platforms demonstrated and you will also be able to meet the founders and learn about how they plan to meet market needs in innovative ways
